Advertising Policy for ADPRODEX and Tyche App

1. Overview

The mission of Red Blu Digital Advertising UG is to offer Companies and professionals an innovative advertising platform, ADPRODEX, which allows them to promote themselves by offering their products or services (the "Cards") to registered Users on Tyche App, who can win them for free by playing.

Companies can insert their ads, Videospots, and Cards, which are shown to Users through the game mechanics (Game). We believe that the ads shown through our ecosystem should be relevant, safe, and useful to our users. This Advertising Policy will help you determine if your campaign is appropriate for our platforms.

2. Automatic publication and Compliance Checks

Thanks to the introduction of the guarantee system, the publication of campaigns is automatic and immediate. If the Company has a positive Deposit balance and sufficient Credits (Clicks) on its ADPRODEX account, the Card will go online on Tyche App without the need to wait for prior manual approval by an Administrator.

However, in order to safeguard the professionalism and integrity of our platforms, Red Blu conducts compliance checks (both automated and manual) subsequent to publication. It remains your responsibility to provide "Cards" and "Videospots" with professional characteristics and in compliance with our regulations. If during the checks an ad is found to be non-compliant with the Policy outlined below, Red Blu reserves the right to suspend or remove it immediately.

3. What to do if your ad is suspended or removed

If, following our compliance checks, your already published ad should be suspended or removed for rule violations, you will receive a notification. You will be able to consult the available guidelines and relative conditions in order to make the necessary modifications to bring the ad, Card, or Videospot into compliance with our Policy, and propose publication again from your backoffice on ADPRODEX.

4. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal products, services, and activities. Ads promoting illegal products, services, or activities are prohibited. Ads must comply with all applicable laws.
  • Discrimination. We do not accept any form of discrimination based on age, gender, disability, religion, ethnicity, race, color, national origin, or sexual orientation.
  • Offensive to good taste. Ads must not be offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, violent, or incite hatred. In special circumstances, we may remove ads that are inappropriate based on new regulations.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive (Free Products and Discounts). Ads must not be fraudulent or deceptive. The product or service up for grabs must uniquely correspond to the content of the Card and must be absolutely free (100% free value) for the User who wins it. It is not allowed to insert a simple discount (e.g., "20% Discount") as the main Product or Service of the Card. Conversely, it is fully permitted to offer discounts or promotions to Users who do not win the Product, through direct buttons (Call to Action) shown at the end of the game, provided such discounts are real and easily verifiable. Any claim must be supported by facts.
  • Violation of trademarks and copyrights. Ads must not include trademarks or copyrights belonging to third parties unless the owner has given their explicit authorization.
  • Fake documents, Tobacco-derived products, and Drugs. Fake documents, tobacco (including electronic cigarettes), prescription or over-the-counter drugs, and narcotic substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Weapons and fireworks. The sale or promotion of weapons and explosive/violent materials is prohibited.
  • Adult content. Ads relating to adult products and services are prohibited.
  • Ringtones, Counterfeits, Gambling, Virtual currencies, Occult practices. Are strictly prohibited.
  • Health-related issues. Ads promoting unlikely or deceptive claims regarding miraculous health improvements are prohibited.
  • Political content. Political or electoral propaganda is prohibited.

5. Restricted Content

  • Dating sites, Solicitation of funds, Medical devices, Short-term financial services. Are subject to restrictions or require additional documentation to prove their lawfulness.
  • Harmful to the Platforms. Ads must not endorse products or actions that involve a violation of the License Agreement or that may cause harm to Red Blu or its Users.
  • Malicious software/browser and Phishing. Viruses, spyware, malware, or deceptive techniques to steal personal data or credentials from users are absolutely prohibited.
  • HTTPS Protocol. External links inserted in the Call to Action (CTA) that redirect to the Company's site must use the secure HTTPS protocol.
  • Link behavior. Do not deceive users with irrelevant links. The landing page must correspond to the Company and must not generate annoying pop-up messages.
  • Privacy. Companies are responsible for compliance with privacy protection laws for any data they may collect directly from the user outside the Red Blu ecosystem.

6. Editorial Content

  • Use of the Red Blu, ADPRODEX, and Tyche App brands. You can use the phrase "We are on Tyche App" in compliance with our guidelines. Otherwise, do not imply an official affiliation or endorsement by Red Blu without our consent.
  • Standard text and contact information. The texts of Cards and Videospots must be correct in terms of grammar and spelling. Do not abuse CAPITAL letters, repeated punctuation (e.g., "!!!") or out-of-context symbols (e.g., "cl!ck"). Do not use inappropriate emojis.
  • Links and Call to Action. You can include direct links to contact the Company (Website, Phone, WhatsApp) that will appear to the user at the end of the flow (for example, in the event of not winning, to encourage conversion or discount).
  • Supported languages. ADPRODEX offers automatic support via A.I. to translate and publish your campaign in all languages of the Countries covered by the service.

7. Miscellaneous

  • Local legal requirements. We expect our advertisers to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of their own Country and the Countries where they choose to publish the Card (e.g., Italy, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain).
  • We reserve the right to modify this advertising policy at any time without notice.
