In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, No. 196, Personal Data Protection Code) and community legislation (European General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, this site and the Tyche App respect and protect the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe on the rights of users.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this platform and is valid for visitors/users. It does not apply to information collected through other channels. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information we collect and how we use it.

Legal basis of processing

This ecosystem processes data based on consent. By using or registering, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including possible disclosure to third parties (e.g., Companies) if necessary for the provision of a service (e.g., delivery of a won Product). The provision of data and therefore Consent to the collection and processing of data is optional. Types of Data collected

Among the Personal Data collected, independently or through third parties, there are: Name, Email, Surname, Gender, Age, Categories of Interest, Country, Province, City, Address, and ZIP Code. Personal Data is voluntarily entered by the User during the App registration phase. The User's failure to provide some Personal Data (such as Province) prevents the delivery of geolocated campaigns. The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties shared and guarantees to have the right to communicate them, freeing the Controller from any liability.

2. Methods and Place of Data Processing

Processing methods

The Controller processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the Data. In addition to the Controller, categories of authorized persons involved in the organization (administrative, marketing personnel, system administrators) or external parties (such as hosting providers) may have access to the Data. Furthermore, in the event of winning a Product, the contact details of the winning User will be shared with the providing Company for the sole purpose of allowing the delivery/validation of the Product itself.

Place of processing

The Data is processed at the operating offices of the Controller (Germany) and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located (within the EU).

Processing times

The Data is processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, and the User can always request the interruption of Processing or the deletion of their account and their Data.

3. Purposes of the Processing

User Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes:

  • Profiling of interests (to show coherent Card campaigns)
  • Geolocation (to limit the visibility of campaigns to the selected province)
  • Contacting the User in case of a win or system communications
  • Registration and authentication

Registration and Authentication

The User registers by filling out the registration form on the App and providing their Personal Data directly.

  • Personal data collected: Email, Name, Surname, Province, Categories of Interest.

Contact form and Support

By contacting support, the User consents to the use of data to respond to requests.

System logs

For security purposes, automatically recorded data may include the IP address, used in compliance with applicable laws to block fraud attempts in the game. Such data is never used for identifying profiling, but only for system protection purposes and to prevent fraudulent clicks or bots.

Request the deletion of your data

You can request the permanent deletion of your account and your data by sending an email to: info@redblu.net or directly through the specific function in the App.

4. Data collected by associated external services

CloudFlare (United States) - Traffic optimization and security service. Privacy Policy. Google Analytics and Google Services - Google may use Data to contextualize ads. This integration makes your IP address anonymous by shortening it. Privacy Policy. Apple / Google Play Store - App distribution and crash log services.
